Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, our earrings are final sale.

We highly recommend you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please send us a photo of the damaged product within one week of receipt and we will issue a store credit or replace them (depending on the style of the earrings as these cuties are uniquely made in small batches).

Please DO NOT send any packages back to us without contacting us first. We do not issue refunds.

PLEASE AVOID bending your earrings to check their flexibility (we know it's tempting!). Polymer clay is fairly durable and light weight but can become weak and break if handled with force.

If, for whatever reason you need to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
