Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our earrings, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for processing in addition to the shipping time frame, unless otherwise noted on made-to-order/custom listings, during holidays, or for other promotions. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified or upgraded. The packages typically take 3-7 business days for delivery.

Once the package is handed to USPS, it is out of our control. Please be aware that there may be delays, especially during the holidays. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

If a package is returned to sender or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
